Educational ConsultantTina-Maree is a former teacher and school principal with 21 years educational experience in schools across the Waikato. She has a special interest in principal wellbeing, effective school governance, employment law and child advocacy.
In 2024, Tina-Maree was admitted to the bar at the Hamilton High Court as a barrister & solicitor. She is employed as a solicitor at Community Law Waikato.
Tina-Maree is co-chairperson and board member of Cambridge Lifeskills Trust - a charitable organisation offering free counselling to school children in Cambridge.

Steve is an experienced school principal based in the Waikato. He has a special interest in principal wellbeing and has held a number of roles where he has advocated for the promotion of positive workplace conditions and resources for principals.
Steve actively supports principal colleagues who are managing crisis and conflict in their schools.
Steve is the founder of the Horsham Downs School Educational Trust - set up to address the educational needs of Horsham Downs school students, present and future.
